rampis openwrt-trojan 预编译版本

基于openwrt-sdk-19.07.0-ramips-mt7621_gcc-7.5.0_musl的SDK编译，理论上兼容mipsel_24kc的其它设备，依赖boost几个库，下载文件到设备上通过opkg安装应该会自己自动去库里安装相关依赖。
